Oliver Moon and the Broomstick Battle is a children's book by Sue Mongredien. It follows the story of young Oliver Moon, a wizard-in-training, as he prepares for the Junior Wizards' Broomstick Obstacle Course. However, his plans are disrupted by the mischievous Bully Bogeywort, who is determined to sabotage Oliver's chances of winning. Despite the obstacles and challenges, Oliver perseveres with determination and wit. He faces tricky aerial maneuvers, dodges magical traps, and outwits Bully's cunning tricks. Through his courage and resourcefulness, Oliver not only overcomes the challenges but also teaches Bully a valuable lesson about fair play and sportsmanship.
